HARDWARE COMPONENTS FOR WORKSHOP STATUS MONITORING

DIGIOPTIMA uses a set of devices to provide data about the production process and environment. These small Modbus (RTU) devices are highly versatile with the following inputs that can be captured:

• Any analog signal

• Temperature

• Vibrations

• Energy consumption

• Crash indication / power usage

• User input from set of options on specific events

• Workplace login / logout

• And many more that are available upon request

I/O + Temperature Module

Inputs:

• 2x AC channels (from 100V to 230V, 50-60Hz)

• 8x DC channels (from 5V to 24V DC)

• 2x RTD Temperature channels

Communication:

• RS485, Modbus RTU protocol

Data:

• State of I/O inputs

• Count of times the input was high

• Temperature °C

Downtime counting module

Inputs:

• Push button

• iButton log in key

Communication:

• RS485

• Modbus RTU protocol

Data:

• Workers ID

• Problems state (on/off)

• Problems state (No reaction/In progress)

• Problems ID

Vibration module

Communication:

• RS485, Modbus RTU protocol

Data:

• Instant X,Y,Z values

• X,Y,Z acceleration average value in between RS485 scans

• X,Y,Z acceleration max value in between RS485 scans

• X,Y,Z threshold values
