HARDWARE COMPONENTS FOR WORKSHOP STATUS MONITORING

DIGIOPTIMA uses a set of devices to provide data about production process and environment. These small Modbus (RTU) devices are highly versatile with following inputs that can be captured:

• Any analog signal;

• Temperature;

• Vibrations;

• Energy consumption; 

• Crash indication / power usage;

• User input from set of options on specific events;

• Workplace login / logout;

• And many more that are available upon request.



I/O + Temperature Module


Inputs:

• 2x AC channels (from 100V to 230V, 50-60Hz);

• 8x DC channels (from 5V to 24V DC);

• 2x RTD Temperature channels.


Communication:

• RS485, Modbus RTU protocol.


Data:

• State of I/O inputs;

• Count of times the input was high;

• Temperature °C.



 

Downtime counting module 

Inputs:

• Push button;

iButton log in key.

 

Communication:

• RS485;

• Modbus RTU protocol.

 

Data:

• Workers ID;

• Problems state (on/off);

• Problems state (No reaction/In progress);

• Problems ID;



Vibration module

Communication:

• RS485, Modbus RTU protocol.

 

Data:

• Instant X,Y,Z values;

• X,Y,Z acceleration average value in between RS485 scans;

• X,Y,Z acceleration max value in between RS485 scans;

• X,Y,Z threshold values.




USER - FRIENDLY COLLOBORATIVE ROBOCELL


Robocell is an affordable and user friendly robotized workplace for CNC milling machines.


Robocell provides:

• Matrix like table for workpieces and finished parts;

• Robotic arm to put workpieces into CNC milling machine and take out finished parts;

• Specific equipment that allows robotic arm and CNC milling machine integration;

• Software to control overall process.


The usage of Robocell provides:

• Process workpieces in small batches without human intervention;

• Work for up to 4 hours without interruption;

• Be adapted for a new workpiece in just 15 minutes;

• Support replacement of single workpieces up to 8 kg.


Robocell is compatible with CNC machines with Siemens 828 or Siemens 840 controllers.

Integration with real-time monitoring system is possible for optimal workflow.
